We are looking for a Part Time Concessions Attendant who will be responsible for delivering support within the theatre, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and maintaining impeccable cleanliness, consistently prioritizing efficiency and quality service.

Located in Waite Park, MN, Parkwood Cinema is a 17-screen theatre that features two SuperScreen auditoriums, Zaffiro's Express, and a full-service Zaffiro's Restaurant. This theatre combines innovative movie presentation technology, exceptional hospitality, and a commitment to guest satisfaction to create memorable entertainment experiences for every visitor. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is also a must.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene practices as per company and regulatory standards.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fast food, food service, cashier, golf course, retail, hotel, or airport are helpful but not required.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Greet guests, complete transactions, and thank them for their business.
• Sell food and beverages at the concession stand, meeting sales goals.
• Promote loyalty card sign-ups, upselling, and suggestive selling.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals, make accurate change, and fulfill online orders.
• Prepare food and beverages following food safety policies and local regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking, sanitizing, and cleaning concession and beverage areas.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and fast service, resolving guest concerns.
• Uphold Marcus' standards, follow instructions on safe chemical use, and assist management as needed.
• Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
