Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team! As a Pharmacist you will prepare, compound, dispense, and sell prescriptions and Pharmacy-related products. The ideal Pharmacist candidate is a fast learner and is familiar with pharmaceutical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Read and review incoming prescriptions for accuracy, suitability to patient, and potential interactions
- Preparing, compounding, dispensing, and selling prescriptions and Pharmacy-related
products - Following proper Pharmacy and regulatory safety procedures and standards
- Maintain excellent patient records and pharmacy files
- Monitoring storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals
- Conduct regular inventory and maintain proper standards for accepting new inventory and categorizing it appropriately
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- Must hold a current state pharmacist license
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to learn and adhere to regulations
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in compounding.
