Women’s Gymnastics Competitive Team Head Coach

Sandhills Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Women’s Gymnastics Competitive Team Head Coach to lead and grow our competitive program.
Responsibilities
· Lead and develop our Women’s Competitive Gymnastics Team
· Plan and conduct structured, productive practices
· Develop athletes’ skills, strength, technique, and confidence
· Prepare athletes for competitions and attend scheduled meets
· Mentor and collaborate with assistant coaches
· Maintain positive communication with athletes, parents, and staff
· Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive team culture
Qualifications
· Competitive gymnastics coaching experience required
· Strong knowledge of women’s artistic gymnastics skills, progressions, and spotting
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Positive, dependable, organized, and athlete-focused
· Ability to obtain required USA Gymnastics certifications and memberships
· Availability for practices, competitions, and occasional weekends
