About Us

Elysian Wellness Campus is a growing physician-led wellness organization in Kansas City. We provide primary care, wellness memberships, IV hydration, hormone support, weight loss services, corporate wellness, and community health education.

We are looking for a people-focused, motivated, and organized person to help us grow our wellness memberships, build community relationships, support local events, and connect individuals and businesses with services that help them feel and live better.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help Elysian grow through community outreach, membership sales, wellness events, and business partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reaching out to individuals, small businesses, churches, gyms, salons, nonprofits, and community organizations
• Promoting Elysian wellness memberships, IV hydration, weight loss, hormone wellness, and corporate wellness services
• Helping schedule consultations, wellness events, and membership sign-ups
• Attending community events, vendor fairs, pop-ups, and networking opportunities
• Following up with leads by phone, email, text, and social media
• Helping organize wellness workshops, lunch-and-learns, and corporate wellness opportunities
• Tracking leads, follow-ups, sales, and outreach activity
• Representing Elysian with professionalism, warmth, and strong communication
• Working closely with leadership to grow monthly membership and service revenue

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Sales or business development
• Community outreach
• Healthcare, wellness, medspa, fitness, or nutrition
• Event planning or vendor events
• Customer service
• Membership sales
• Social media outreach
• Nonprofit, church, school, or community-based work

Compensation

Compensation includes commission and performance-based bonuses, with earning potential based on memberships, wellness service enrollments, and corporate wellness opportunities.

Examples of commission opportunities may include:

• Wellness membership enrollments
• Weight loss program enrollments
• Hormone wellness consultations
• IV hydration packages
• Corporate wellness events
• Community partnership referrals

Schedule

Flexible schedule with some evening or weekend availability for community events, vendor fairs, and outreach opportunities.
