We're looking for a Community Partnerships & Outreach Specialist to help grow our infrared sauna studio through grassroots marketing, local events, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, creating connections, and generating new opportunities. You'll represent Perspire at local events, identify businesses and organizations that align with our wellness mission, develop partnerships, and help bring new guests through our doors.

What You'll Do

Community Outreach & Grassroots Marketing

• Research and identify local events, festivals, markets, fundraisers, wellness events, health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings where Perspire can participate or vendor
• Build and maintain a calendar of local outreach and event opportunities
• Proactively reach out to event organizers to secure vendor and sponsorship opportunities
• Represent Perspire at community events, pop-ups, networking events, and wellness activations
• Create meaningful connections with attendees and introduce them to the Perspire experience
• Promote introductory offers and generate qualified leads through community engagement
• Find creative grassroots marketing opportunities that increase local brand awareness
• Follow up with contacts and leads generated through events and outreach
• Track outreach activities, events, partnerships, and results

Business & Community Partnerships

• Identify local businesses and organizations that align with Perspire's wellness-focused brand
• Build relationships with boutique fitness studios, Pilates and yoga studios, gyms, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, spas, salons, med spas, health professionals, country clubs, hotels, and other complementary businesses
• Proactively visit and reach out to local businesses to introduce Perspire and explore partnership opportunities
• Develop mutually beneficial referral and cross-promotional partnerships
• Create opportunities such as referral programs, member perks, giveaways, co-hosted events, and wellness experiences
• Maintain regular communication with partners and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships
• Build a network of local businesses that can consistently refer new guests to Perspire

Events & Collaborative Experiences

• Identify businesses and vendors that would be a strong fit for Perspire-hosted events
• Help coordinate vendor participation and community collaborations
• Invite local businesses, wellness professionals, influencers, and organizations to participate in studio events
• Develop creative ideas for pop-ups, wellness events, community partnerships, and collaborative experiences
• Help create events that introduce new audiences to Perspire
• Represent the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and authentic way

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Generate new leads through events, partnerships, networking, and grassroots outreach
• Collect and accurately document leads and contacts
• Follow up with prospects generated through community activities
• Invite prospective guests to experience an introductory session
• Educate prospects on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and recovery
• Work with the studio team to help convert community-generated leads into appointments and memberships

• Professional and personable when representing the Perspire brand
• Experience in community outreach, networking, event marketing, sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or business development is a plus
• Existing relationships within the local wellness, fitness, or business community are a strong plus
• Comfortable attending occasional evening and weekend events
