Paediatric Community Nurse | Ballina
Looking for a nursing role with more time, more connection, and more meaning?
As a BAYADA nurse, you will provide personalised, child-centred care in the community, helping children feel safe, comfortable, and supported at home while giving families confidence and peace of mind.
We are currently recruiting for a Paediatric Community Nurse in Ballina. This role is ideal for nurses with paediatric or complex care experience who want to continue delivering high standards of clinical care in a more personal and supported setting.
Whether you are already working in the community or considering a move from hospital nursing, BAYADA offers flexibility, clinical support, paid shadow shifts, and the opportunity to make every shift meaningful.
Position Details
Hours: Part-time
Shifts: Days & Nights, Monday to Saturday
Weekly hours: Up to 24 hours available
Setting: Child’s home and community
Requirements
- RCN, RGN or RNID qualified
- Registered with NMBI
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
- Experience in paediatric or complex care
- A commitment to safe, compassionate, person-centred care
