The Palms at River Edge is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Ehrenberg, AZ. The property is a medium sized family-owned operation with multiple properties in California, Arizona, and Idaho. We encourage a collaborative culture where everyone can share ideas, take pride in their work and feel valued. 
 
We are looking for a Community / Landscape Maintenance to oversee the operations at this Community. You will oversee and work on projects that are important to our success. We envision on half of your day to be spent in the office and the other half of your day in the community alongside with your maintenance staff. 

About the role

• Work to ensure completion of projects
• Experience with electrical and plumbing a plus!
• Prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property and address them immediately
• Maintain landscaping, including trees, mowing, trimming, shrub care and edging of lawns
• Maintain the sprinkler system and repairs as needed
• Handle sewer backups and repairs 
• Ensure common areas clean and well-maintained

About you

• Previous experience in maintenance 
• Be open to weekends and on call for emergencies
• Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-Time 

Pay: $15.15 - $19
 
Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Tuesday through Saturday for the first month for training Sunday through Thursday
  • Hours are 7am to 12pm
• On call
• Overtime
