What You will Do

In this PRN (as-needed) role, you'll help create engaging experiences that enrich residents' daily lives through meaningful programs, activities, events, and outings. You'll plan and facilitate activities that promote social connection, wellness, creativity, and enjoyment while supporting residents with diverse physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
 
Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, assisting with special events and community outings, providing transportation when needed, setting up activity spaces, and fostering a welcoming, resident-centered environment. You'll also support communication, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure programs run smoothly while promoting dignity, independence, inclusion, and quality of life for all residents.
 

What You Will Earn

Pay Range: $21.05-$31.60 per hour based on experience and qualifications. 

Schedule: PRN (as needed). Hours vary based on programming needs, events, and coverage. 

What You Will Need:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

• Ability to lead and facilitate group activities with structure and warmth  

• Strong organization and time‑management skills  

• Creative and adaptable approach to programming  

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred  

• Minimum of two years of experience in senior services, recreation, hospitality, or a related field preferred  

• Experience planning or facilitating group activities or events  

• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record required  
• Availability to work a flexible, PRN schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or special events as needed
