At a Watermark Community our Community Life Associate does so much more than what the title reflects. Our Community Life team come from a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. We are looking for incredibly talented people who can plan and execute a well-rounded, refined program that will give our residents the opportunity to continue to thrive, no matter what! Job Requirements

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred
• Every other Wednesday/Friday and every other weekend
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
• experience in resident programming preferred
• Passion for seniors
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
