The Home Health LPN will monitor resident medical conditions and expend the necessary resources to achieve the highest level of health status and functional capability.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, a current LPN license in the state of Kansas and at least six months of experience and/or training. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Brewster Place provides 160 independent living homes, 70 congregate apartments, 28 assisted living apartments, and a 79 bed skilled nursing and rehab center on a 30 acre campus in southwest Topeka, Kansas.
The Brewster Health Center is a licensed and Medicare certified skilled nursing facility. It is the only such facility in Shawnee County to attain a 5-Star Quality rating from CMS and the only facility in this area to win the PEAK Award from the Kansas Department on Aging for its commitment to person-centered care. The center provides a full range of care options including two levels of secure dementia care, restorative nursing, rehabilitation and therapy services, adult day services, and inpatient hospice services.
The licensed Assisted Living facilities at Brewster Place include 19 one-bedroom and nine studio apartments.
