Immigration Benchmarking Collective

WR Immigration is a global immigration firm known worldwide for its innovation, technology, and high touch legal services.  With offices across multiple time zones, the firm provides corporate global visa services in over 100 countries. WR is one of the fastest growing immigration service providers worldwide with over 46 attorneys and 200 immigration professionals working out of offices in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Oakland, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Shanghai.

Position Overview:

Three things at once: run the programming, produce the substance, build the relationships.

You'll set the annual roadmap and be accountable for whether membership grows. You'll design the benchmarking surveys that give the Collective its reason to exist, and turn the results into reports members take to their own leadership. You'll facilitate discussions among people used to being the most senior person in the room. And you'll build the relationships: members, partners, speakers, sponsors — that turn a program into a community.

The Collective:

The Immigration Benchmarking Collective is a members-only community of corporate immigration, global mobility, HR, and talent acquisition leaders. Members benchmark their programs against peers and work through problems they can't easily discuss anywhere else. It runs on monthly virtual roundtables, roughly six in-person executive sessions a year, original benchmarking research, and the Business Immigration Benchmark Podcast.

You will own all of it.

What You’ll Own:

• The annual roadmap: programming calendar, membership targets, engagement goals, and the measures that prove it's working.
• Membership growth and retention among corporate HR, mobility, immigration, and talent acquisition leaders.
• Monthly virtual roundtables and roughly six in-person executive sessions a year, end to end, including budget.
• Benchmarking survey design, analysis, and the reports that come out of it.
• The Business Immigration Benchmark Podcast.
• Community content across LinkedIn, newsletters, and the community platform.
• Relationships with industry partners, speakers, and sponsors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years owning a professional community, membership program, or executive event series. Supporting one doesn't count.
• Growth and retention you personally drove. Bring numbers, and be ready to explain what you changed to get them.
• Executive presence. You'll facilitate discussions among VPs of HR and heads of global mobility.
• Survey literacy. You can design an instrument that produces usable answers and read the results yourself.
• Fast, strong writing across formats — research reports, executive invitations, LinkedIn.
• Event ownership, including logistics and budget.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in immigration, global mobility, or HR; an existing network among corporate mobility leaders; sponsorship experience; familiarity with Circle, Pardot, or PointerPro.
• Experience with survey design, benchmarking analysis, research reports, webinar facilitation, podcast production, or public speaking.
• Experience securing or managing event sponsors, strategic partners, speakers, or industry collaborations.

Compensation & Work Location:

This is a remote, full-time regular position. The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and applicable geographic considerations.
