Position Introduction: Community Assistants and Office Assistants: The Community Assistant (CA) position is an hourly student role that primarily supports the front desk operations in residence hall lobbies and Traditions apartment clubhouses. Community Assistants serve as a key point of contact for residents and guests, providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community space. This position typically includes evening and weekend shifts, with schedules ranging between 10–20 hours per week. Community Assistants report directly to the Residence Life Operations Coordinator. Office Assistants: This position helps maintain an organized and welcoming office environment while supporting the Residence Life staff with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. This position’s hours are typically Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Schedule is approximately 20 hours/week. These staff members work in the residence halls or Traditions apartments, reporting directly to the applicable area's Residence Life Team and the Residence Life Operations Coordinator. |
