POSITION SUMMARY:A Community Assistant will work closely with the Community Manager, Resident Experience Manager and Leasing and Marketing Manager to perform leasing, marketing, administrative, and some maintenance tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Oversee the entirety of the lead to lease process of each prospect.
- Verify accuracy of each lease document.
- Provide peer to peer guidance/support to the prospects and residents.
- Maintain market knowledge for the community.
- Complete administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing efforts.
- Maintain SPM University required trainings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Some College
- Must have an understanding of today’s trends in marketing and social media.
- Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
