As a Community Access Mentor, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them explore, enjoy, and participate in community activities. Your role is more than just a job—it’s about empowering others to live life to the fullest while fostering independence, social connections, and new experiences.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Spend quality time in the community, engaging in social and recreational activities
✔ Teach and support individuals in gaining life skills for greater independence
✔ Serve as a mentor, coach, and advocate for those you work with
✔ Provide a supportive, encouraging, and fun environment
