Job Description
We are currently hiring multiple Communications Operator/Greeters to join our growing team!
This position is per diem. Current need is for Sundays 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM and as needed including weekend and holiday coverage.
Responsibilities:
This position operates the switchboard, paging system, and provides information, directions, and/or assistance to the general public, residents and staff while maintaining a pleasant and courteous attitude. This position acts as a receptionist for the facility and performs a variety of general office functions. Previous telephone and receptionist experience is desirable for this role.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills required
- Previous switchboard experience is desirable, but not required
