Commissions analyst

Position: Commissions analyst (Financial Analyst)Location:  Operating AreaDallas, TX 75201 Position Responsibilities:•                 Commissions preparation and processing•                 Meet processing deadlines with accuracy•                 Commission Discrepancy Resolution•                 Field and answer questions relating to commission payments•                 Maintain payout grids•                 Licensing and Contracting Research•                 Liaison between advisors, relationship managers, and other team members.•                 Research and understand the commission structure and processes for multiple insurance carriers and products•                 Document and communicating carrier commission processes to team members and agents•                 Gather and reviewing monthly commission statements for multiple insurance carriers•                 Resolve agent commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs Position Requirements:•                 Bachelor's degree (Preferably: Finance/Business Administration/Mathematics/Accounting)•                 2 to 4 years of Life Insurance or Financial Services Experience•                 Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills•                 Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills•                 Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel•                 Must be able to multi-task, possess quick-thinking abilities and excellent attention to detail
