Most commission roles pay you once per deal and move on. This one keeps paying. Every month a client's virtual assistant is working, you earn. Close a client once, and that account generates income for as long as the VA stays — and our VAs typically stay for years.

You're also not starting from scratch. We have a dedicated lead specialist who continuously researches, qualifies, and contextualizes leads for you, so you're always working a warm pipeline. Your job is to close, not to build a list.

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred
• Exceptional communication skills — this is a phone-first sales role. Your ability to speak clearly, build instant rapport, and carry a conversation with confidence is your most important asset. Every word you say on a cold call is your product.
• Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder
• Based in the US and able to sell to US businesses during business hours
• Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
• Hungry for uncapped, performance-based income
