Great Outdoors is hiring experienced Commercial/Residential Snow Plow Operators to join our winter operations team in the Washtenaw County, MI area. We offer a starting wage of $30.00 – $38.00 per hour. Since every winter storm is unique, you will use your equipment expertise, driving skills, and creative problem-solving to deliver reliable, high-quality snow and ice management services. Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on execution: Safely operate a commercial snow plow truck to clear parking lots, roadways, and access lanes.
- Ice management: Apply bulk salt and de-icing materials precisely according to specific site requirements.
- Equipment maintenance: Perform routine safety and function checks on plow equipment (lights, hydraulics, blades) and report repair needs immediately.
- Digital navigation: Follow assigned routes efficiently using our advanced electronic tracking and route management systems.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience operating a commercial plow truck is required, with a strong understanding of commercial plowing techniques.
- Credentials: Valid Michigan Driver’s License and Chauffeur’s License is required.
