COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AGENT - Commission Only

RDE Capital Group, LLC is seeking an independent commission-only contractor. Associate controls the manner, means, schedule, and location of Associate’s work, subject to applicable law, brokerage supervision obligations, transaction deadlines, client commitments, and RDE compliance policies. No salary, draw, or guaranteed compensation is provided under this Agreement.

Associate’s primary responsibility is to originate and close commercial real estate and business brokerage transactions while developing long-term relationships with property owners, investors, business owners, tenants, landlords, developers, and other referral sources.

Commercial Real Estate Brokerage
Associate may originate and execute commercial real estate transactions, including:

• Seller Representation
• Buyer Representation
• Landlord Representation
• Tenant Representation
• Investment Sales
• Commercial Leasing

• Enter prospects, contacts, activities, notes, proposals, meetings, tours, listings, opportunities, and transaction milestones into ClientLook or any successor CRM designated by Brokerage.
• Maintain complete and meaningful notes regarding prospect conversations and follow-up activities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline showing active prospects, opportunities, proposals, listings, and transactions.
• Schedule appropriate follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Maintain accurate and timely information regarding all active prospects and transactions.
• Submit a weekly activity summary reflecting business development activity, contacts made, meetings held, proposals submitted, listings obtained, tours conducted, offers negotiated, and significant pipeline developments.
• The purpose of CRM reporting is to provide visibility into the Associate’s pipeline, assist with coaching and transaction support, and measure the development of the Associate’s commercial real estate practice.
