What you will be doing

• Leading leasing and sales transactions across a variety of property types
• Growing your book of business through relationship development and strategic outreach
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and developers
• Advising clients on market strategy, positioning, and execution
• Strengthening your presence and reputation in the Madison market
• Collaborating with brokers statewide to pursue broader and more complex opportunities

Requirements

What you bring

• 5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
• A track record of completed transactions and growing client relationships
• An established network in Madison or the broader Wisconsin market
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• A self-motivated, growth-oriented approach to your business
• Active Wisconsin real estate license

Transition support

Compensation
