The Opportunity

In this role, you will develop and manage a portfolio of commercial customers while serving as a trusted partner for their credit and banking needs. You will combine business development, loan underwriting, portfolio management, and cross-selling to support customer growth and strengthen the bank’s presence in the market.

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience, with eligibility for incentive compensation.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent level of technical knowledge
Five or more years of commercial lending or credit experience, preferably in community banking
Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow
Demonstrated success building customer relationships and developing new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of commercial loan regulations, documentation, and compliance standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial lending software
