Key Skills:

• 1-2 years of insurance experience (candidates with captive agency experience are encouraged to apply) 
• Property & Casualty license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one
• Some commercial insurance knowledge
• Experience with insurance agency management software such as EPIC / AMS360
• Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other relevant software systems as needed

The Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general administrative duties, such as document organization and filing.
• Manage incoming communication from client inquiries via phone and email.
• Keep agency management systems updated with accurate client and policy records.
• Assist with application processing and online rating procedures.
• Verify critical file information (premiums, policy numbers, claims) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely resolutions to client needs
