Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Rinvio is hiring Commercial Journeyman Electricians for project-based electrical work in the Sterling, Virginia area.

Pay: $50-$65/hour, based on experience, credentials, and project fit

Location: Sterling, VA

Schedule: Full-time project schedule; overtime may vary by site needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Install conduit, branch circuits, feeders, lighting, panels, devices, and electrical equipment on commercial projects

- Bend and route EMT/rigid conduit and support clean electrical rough-in and finish work

- Pull wire, terminate devices/equipment, troubleshoot circuits, and support energization tasks

- Read drawings, layout information, panel schedules, and field instructions accurately

- Work safely around active construction environments while coordinating with other trades

- Communicate clearly with supervision regarding progress, material needs, and field issues

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level commercial electrical experience

- Strong conduit bending, layout, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting ability

- Ability to work from prints and complete quality installations with limited supervision

- Reliable transportation to the Sterling/Northern Virginia job area

- Own basic electrical hand tools and PPE

- OSHA 10/30 preferred

- Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on active commercial sites
