Job DetailsJob Location: Cuba City Agronomy - Cuba City, WI 53807This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and contributing to the success of local members.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate and maintain application equipment for the custom application of crop protection products, fertilizer, lime, and other agronomic inputs.
Safely handle, mix, load, and transport agricultural products while following company, state, and federal regulations.
Complete application records and required documentation accurately and timely.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on equipment and facilities.
Assist with agronomy operations including product receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
Support customers and coworkers with a strong commitment to safety and service.
Additional Duties May Include
Depending on the location and season, employees may assist with:
Commercial truck driving and product delivery
Grain receiving, handling, drying, and facility operations
Crop scouting and field observations
Equipment and facility maintenance
Shop work and mechanical repairs
Seed treatment and seed handling
Loading and unloading products
General agronomy support activities
Snow removal and grounds maintenance
Other operational duties as assigned
