JV Janitorial is seeking a dependable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to join our team at St. Paul’s Lutheran School & Church in Westlake.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent evening hours in a professional school and church environment.
Schedule & Pay Rate
Monday–Friday
6:00 PM–10:00 PM
Rotational weekend cleaning
Approximately 20+ hours per week
$14/hour
Responsibilities
Clean classrooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
Complete assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and on schedule
Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for students, staff, church members, and visitors

Responsibilities:
Specific duties may vary depending on the Scope of Work required by the client at each location. General cleaning, including, but not limited to:
trash removal;
dusting;
cleaning restrooms (basins, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, trash and replenish supplies)
break rooms, offices, conference rooms;
sweeping and mopping floors;
vacuuming floors;
window washing;
other duties as assigned.

Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment where good physical and mental health is required
Completing work to standard operating procedures
Adhering to scheduled days and hours assigned
Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 3 to 8 hours per shift.
