About the Role:M&J's Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team in San Jose, CA! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures
- Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
