What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As an essential part of the facility's daily operations, you will keep common spaces clean, sanitary, and welcoming for employees and visitors. Your routine will include:

• Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain offices, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.

• Surface & Floor Care: Perform routine dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.

• Sanitize & Refresh: Clean and disinfect restrooms and break areas throughout the day.

• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners across the facility.

• Stocking: Monitor and restock paper products, soaps, and cleaning supplies.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

No previous commercial cleaning experience? No problem! We hire for attitude and reliability-we will train you on the rest.

• Age Check: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Transportation: Reliable transit to and from the facility in Fenton.

• Work Ethic: Strong time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a history of dependable attendance.

• Independence: Ability to manage your daily task checklist efficiently without constant supervision.

• Experience: Previous janitorial, custodial, or dayporter experience is a plus, but not required.
