What You'll Do
As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients by:
- Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restaurants, retail locations, and other commercial facilities
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Emptying trash, replacing liners, and restocking supplies
- Maintaining high-quality cleaning standards at every location
- Following all company safety procedures and client-specific requirements
- Working independently or alongside a small team to complete assigned routes efficiently

Qualifications
- Available to work Sundays and Mondays (required)
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations throughout Greater Nashville
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift (up to 30-40 lbs.)
- Dependable, trustworthy, and customer-focused
Experience That Stands Out
While not required, we especially encourage you to apply if you have experience with:

- Hood vent and grease removal
- Office cleaning

- Retail cleaning
- Healthcare or industrial facility cleaning
Restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning experience is a major plus and may qualify you for higher starting pay based on experience.
