WeLink is expanding its commercial sales team and is looking for motivated, outgoing sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, meeting business owners face-to-face, and creating their own opportunities.

As a next-generation wireless internet provider, WeLink uses innovative millimeter wave technology to provide high-speed, fiber-like internet without the traditional limitations of cable and telecom providers. What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business accounts throughout assigned commercial territories.
• Visit local businesses, offices, retail locations, and multi-tenant properties to identify potential customers.
• Introduce WeLink's internet solutions to business owners, managers, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Learn about each customer's current internet service, business needs, and pain points to determine the right solution.
• Build relationships with prospects and develop a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and clearly communicate the value of WeLink's services.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process and move opportunities toward a successful close.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to installation.
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity and work toward weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Represent WeLink professionally when interacting with businesses and commercial property representatives.
• Take ownership of your territory, schedule, activity level, and sales results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target Earnings: $78,000 – $130,000+ annually.
• Paid Training: $110 per day for up to 5 days.
• Uncapped Commission: 100% commission after completion of training.

What We're Looking For

• Professional presence and the ability to represent WeLink effectively in a business environment.
• Comfortable working independently and spending the majority of the day in the field.
• Ability to identify prospects, start conversations, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Strong follow-through and willingness to consistently prospect and develop new business.
• Previous B2B, outside sales, telecom, technology, or business development experience is a plus.
• Working cell phone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
