As a Security Officer – Command Center Officer, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Set schedule:
Full-Time 10:00 PM -6:00 AM Saturday - Wednesday (40 HRS)
Part- Time : 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Saturday - Sunday (24 HRS)

Responsibilities of Command Center Specialist :

Monitor and operate access control, CCTV, alarm, and security systems to identify and respond to incidents in real time.
Receive, assess, and coordinate responses to security incidents, medical events, safety concerns, and emergencies, dispatching appropriate resources as needed.
Investigate incidents and complete accurate, detailed reports, logs, and documentation.
Communicate and escalate incident information to leadership and other stakeholders following established procedures.
Conduct routine system checks to ensure proper functionality of security technology and report any issues.
Maintain incident records, reports, and other administrative documentation while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support emergency response and crisis management efforts through effective communication and coordination.
Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and operational standards while maintaining a professional and detail-oriented work ethic.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications of a Command Center Specialist:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Command Center, Security Control Center, Dispatch Center, Triage Center, or similar environment. (Preferred)
Proficiency operating CCTV, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and surveillance technologies required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Experience responding to security incidents, medical emergencies, safety events, and coordinating appropriate resources.
Experience conducting investigations and preparing detailed incident reports required.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
You have a state license if required
