The Collections Associate is responsible for calculating, processing, and verifying payments to accounts receivable and collection records. They coordinate activities to maintain accurate financial data within the corporate office.

Perform and coordinate activities necessary in calculating, processing, posting, verifying, and maintaining data and payments to accounts receivable and collection records.
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Monday - Friday
Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
No weekends
QualificationsEDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS
Degree or certificate in a related field from a college or technical school.
Minimum of three years accounts receivable experience which includes one year of experience in a health care organization.
Experience beyond that required may substitute for years of college on a year-by-year basis with a high school diploma or equivalency diploma.

We are in Crestview, Quincy, Wewahitchka, Eastpoint, Tallahassee, Panacea, Madison, Perry, Mayo and Cross City. Most recently, we have added a mobile clinic, Health Force One. Our corporate offices support our clinics and are based in Tallahassee.
Our clinics are Federally Qualifing Health Centers and as such can offer a sliding fee program in addition to taking insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare). Our current slide fee program begins with a nominal fee as low as $10.
