Job Details: Job Location: BROADWAY - Quincy, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Looking for a great part-time opportunity with a consistent three-day schedule? We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Collections Assistant to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to our Collections Department
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and account tracking
• Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and correspondence
• Help maintain accurate and organized account records
• Assist with other general clerical and departmental duties
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Dependable with good communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Spreadsheet and reporting experience preferred
• Previous clerical, administrative, banking, or credit union experience is a plus, but not required
