Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut.
- Board Certified in any of the following:
- Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R-Physiatry),
- Neurology
- Ortho
Pay:
- Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
- Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
- Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
