Delaware North Gaming is searching for a seasonal Coat Check Attendant to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. Join our collaborative team where you can be in the center of the action at Hamburg Gaming.
Schedule: 10a-5p Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Unit Description
Hamburg Gaming, managed by Delaware North is at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, New York., near Buffalo. The property features 940 gaming machines on the main gaming floor and an outdoor gaming patio.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take coats, put a ticket on a hanger, and give a corresponding ticket to guest
- Return coats to guests upon receipt of the ticket and verifies with a ticket on the hanger
- Provide excellent guest service including handling guest relations and minor guest disputes
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years' old
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with guest complaints while maintaining the guest's goodwill
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stand 100% of the time
- Exposure to high volume noise
