CNC Operator

Job Details: Job Location: SC - Summerville, SC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Onsrud Router Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Onsrud CNC routers to cut, drill, and shape materials according to specifications. This role ensures parts are produced accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Onsrud CNC routers according to job instructions and production schedules

Load and unload materials onto the router table safely and efficiently

Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards

Perform basic machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as required

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify accuracy

Identify and report machine issues, material defects, or quality concerns

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Complete required production and quality documentation

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience operating CNC routers or similar equipment preferred

Experience with Onsrud routers is a plus

Ability to read blueprints, work orders, or CAD/CAM drawings

Basic math and measurement skills
