Personal Care Aide (Full-Time & Part-Time) | O'ahu, HI
Provide meaningful, hands-on care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to care
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care using our mobile system
What Helps You Succeed
- Prior caregiving experience (professional or family)
- Nurse Aide/Nursing Assistant training required; certification is a plus!
- Knowledge of safe transfer techniques
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Physical ability to assist clients safely
- Reliable transportation (for applicable assignments)
- Smartphone for scheduling and documentation
Schedule & Location
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Shifts: days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Serving Honolulu, Pearl City, Kaneohe, Kailua, Waipahu, and Mililani
- Expanding service areas as we grow
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Ability to pass background check and TB clearance (HAR §11-700)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
