CNA/Hospice Aide
Carolyn's House- Harrisburg
PRN (as needed)
This position provides personal care services, while promoting excellence in end of life care. High school diploma or GED required. Nurse’s Aide certification and 1 year of CNA experience required Must be able to complete a 4-7 week full time orientation. Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle.

Hospice of Central PA (HCP), founded in 1979, provides the most comprehensive and personalized end-of-life care for everyone in our community, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer hospice and palliative care as well as bereavement support to more than 600 individuals a day. The care our patients and families receive is unparalleled in the Susquehanna Valley, focusing on a team approach to meet them where they are in their journey. Accredited by the Joint Commission and a member of the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation, we provide specialized training in caring for veterans, pediatric patients, individuals with dementia and offer continuous educational opportunities for staff. The Bob Fryer & Family Inpatient Center in Mount Joy, PA and Carolyn's House in Linglestown, PA are available to our patients who need an extra level of care with 24 beds in a home-like setting.
With offices in Lancaster, Harrisburg, Marlin, Mount Joy and York, we care for patients in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, Schuylkill and Lebanon counties, as well as parts of Berks, Chester and Franklin counties.
