Job Duties:

Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition

Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care

Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin

OR

A Resident Assistant (RA) holding all required CBRF certifications as mandated by the state of Wisconsin

Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility

CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Strong communication and time management skills

Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
