As a CNA at Derby Assisted Living, you will:

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist residents with mobility and transfers
Help with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
Take and record vital signs as directed
Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate nurse
Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and coworkers
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
