John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long‑Term Care and Rehab communities. This is a meaningful opportunity to support elders in a warm, home‑like environment while delivering exceptional, person‑centered care.

John Knox Village is a not‑for‑profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70‑acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

About the Role

As a CNA at John Knox Village, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living needs, comfort, and well‑being of the elders who call our community home. You'll work closely with nurses and care partners to ensure each resident receives high‑quality care rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine connection.

Our care model emphasizes teamwork, strong personal relationships, and creating a supportive environment where elders can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life

• A team‑oriented, collaborative mindset

• Previous experience in long‑term care, short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility preferred

• Active Florida CNA certification

• Current CPR certification
