Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and manage admissions, transfers, and discharges. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and communicating changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $21+/hr + Experience, Shift Differentials | Greenwood Village South | Greenwood, IN
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- Full-time and Part-time Days: 6am-2pm, includes every other weekend
- Full-time and Part-time Evenings: 2pm-10pm, includes every other weekend
- Part-time Nights: 10pm-6am, includes every other Friday/Saturday

Your Responsibilities:
- Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
- Assist residents with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
- Provide proper documentation of resident care.
- Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the resident’s condition.

- High School diploma or GED required.
- 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health or equivalent as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health.
- Requires having name placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health. Must be in good standing and maintain certification throughout employment.
