KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office-based outpatient counseling services for children and adults
Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide emotional support through active listening and discussing concerns
Encourage clients to make good choices and achieve personal goals
Collaborate with the entire care/treatment team, including outside partnerships, to ensure comprehensive patient care and implement effective interventions
Consistently act with honesty and integrity, while demonstrating a strong commitment to quality services and the interests of clients served

QualificationsOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must have a master’s degree in mental health counseling or clinical social work
Must be licensed or license-eligible in the State of New Hampshire
Previous experience in mental health counseling (preferred)
Strong understanding of medical documentation and record-keeping practices
Ability to provide clinical counseling for clients with diverse needs
Maintains up to date clinical case management knowledge and skills
