About the Role
 We're seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide therapy services while supporting therapists working toward independent licensure. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys developing other therapists, values collaboration, and wants flexibility while remaining actively involved in clinical care.
 
 You'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy, supervise pre-licensed clinicians, collaborate with a multidisciplinary support network, and contribute to a positive and innovative clinic culture.
 
 What You'll Do

• Provide individual and/or family therapy services
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure
• Provide clinical guidance, feedback, and support to supervisees
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals
• Develop creative, effective interventions to help clients meet treatment goals
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and ongoing training
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credential with required supervisor training
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience is a plus
