Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient clinic workflows.

What You Will Do

• Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
• Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
• Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center when needed.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and interruptions effectively.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
