- Connect with members who’ve requested details about benefit programs.
- Answer questions, explain options simply and professionally, and guide each person through the process.
- Review individual needs to identify suitable plans.
- Stay current on program updates and available offerings.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed.
- Create a positive, professional client experience every time.

- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, not a must.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
