Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake conversations while accurately entering information into case management software
- Clearly explain the VA claims process to prospective clients
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text; proactively follow up to advance qualified cases
- Identify the claims a client wishes to file with the VA and gather the necessary documentation and statements to support those claims
- Organize and maintain client files within the firm's document management system
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a consistently professional and positive demeanor
- Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and tenacity

- Active military member, Veteran, or immediate family member of someone who has served
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk in a computer-based environment
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues via phone, email, text, and in person
