Client Support Representative - Part Time

Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. We have the following shifts available:

Mon-Fri from 6am-11am
Mon-Fri from 5pm-10pm
Mon-Fri from 7pm-Midnight

The hourly rate for this role is $16/hour. 

What you will do:

• Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
• Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
• Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction

• Salesforce
