FreeLink Interpreting LLC is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial part in supporting our interpreting services by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in scheduling and managing interpreting appointments.
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve client issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with interpreting teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently and professionally.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is highly desirable.
