About the Role

Addition Wealth is looking for a Client Success Manager to help us grow and scale our benefits business. If you enjoy managing key client relationships, streamlining and improving on operational processes, working with end users to understand key needs and pain points, and driving exceptional business results, we’d love to hear from you. You will succeed if you are customer-focused, scrappy, strategic, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to dive into challenges of all shapes and sizes.

We’re looking for the following:

• You have 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, consulting, or business operations — with a strong track record of using data and strategic thinking to drive results
• At least 2+ years prior experience or domain expertise in the fintech, financial services, technology, benefits, or HR tech spaces.
• A generalist who is smart, flexible, and a fast learner
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that will require you to manage competing priorities and deadlines, pivot quickly, and build new processes as the company scales
• An analytical and structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A clear communicator who is not afraid to speak their mind with strong interpersonal skills
• Open to 30% travel to client sites
• Ideally based in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones
• Nice to have: Previous tenure at an early-stage/startup company

What you’ll work on:

• Customer Success & Onboarding: Managing key customer relationships, you’ll be the key point of contact for many of our employer partners and users. 
• Customer Support: You’ll interact directly with end users. This means you'll be at the heart of it all - hearing valuable feedback from customers and end users.
• Build operational tests and processes for the first time. We are still early - this means you will be iterating on existing processes and building new one

\n$90,000 - $120,000 a yearSalary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary range reflects the base salary only.\n
