Stevens, Blair & Company is seeking a Client Service Associate to support day-to-day research and administrative activities. This role will assist with client information, project records, correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining accurate internal documentation.
Responsibilities

Maintain and update client and project information

Process incoming information and keep records current

Assist with research project coordination and administrative tasks

Organize electronic files, spreadsheets, and project documentation

Review information for completeness and accuracy

Respond to routine inquiries and provide general assistance

Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and project-related communications

Prepare basic reports, lists, and internal documents

Support research staff with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications

Strong organizational and computer skills
